Which Courier companies do you use?
The pharmacies only use the following reputable companies
Skynet, Royal Mail, DHL and Fedex. Once your treatment has
been despatched, we will email you a tracking code so that you
know the exact status of your order.

Any hidden costs?
No, we do not believe in hidden costs. The price you see
includes the online consultation and the cost of the
international courier. The price set by manufacturers of each
of the medications for your country are different from ours.

When do I get my order?
Delivery can take anything from 24 hours through to 12 days
following despatch from our pharmacies. Delivery times vary
from country to country due to distance, customs checks and

Is the process discrete?
